{"id":840,"date":"2024-01-05T23:01:23","date_gmt":"2024-01-05T22:01:23","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/conmentemolona.com\/?p=840"},"modified":"2024-01-13T20:39:25","modified_gmt":"2024-01-13T19:39:25","slug":"mindfulness-en-el-aula","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/conmentemolona.com\/index.php\/2024\/01\/05\/mindfulness-en-el-aula\/","title":{"rendered":"Mindfulness en el Aula"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Te muestro diferentes t\u00e9cnicas de relajaci\u00f3n que se pueden llevar a cabo en las aulas, siendo el docente el narrador leyendo de manera tranquila y calmada mientras pasa el video. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Se trabajan las t\u00e9cnicas m\u00e1s aplicables a la relajaci\u00f3n para ni\u00f1os:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>-T\u00e9cnica de visualizaci\u00f3n<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\">A partir de la visualizaci\u00f3n de im\u00e1genes, podemos&nbsp;<strong>inducir estados de \u00e1nimo saludables que nos permitan tanto relajarnos, como tener sensaciones agradables<\/strong>, ya que, como dijo&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.psicoactiva.com\/biografias\/carl-gustav-jung\/\">Carl Jung<\/a>, a trav\u00e9s de las im\u00e1genes podemos conectar la parte m\u00e1s inconsciente de nuestra mente con la parte m\u00e1s consciente. En este apartado puedes encontrar los siguientes ejercicios:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Ejercicio de la Naranja.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>El d\u00eda perfecto<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ejercicio de Relajaci\u00f3n mental<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Visualizaci\u00f3n de un paisaje<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ejercicio del Arco iris<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>-T\u00e9cnica de mindfulness <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\">Mindfulness es una t\u00e9cnica que sirve para entrenar y mejorar el \u2018m\u00fasculo\u2019 de la atenci\u00f3n, del mismo modo que&nbsp;se hace&nbsp;deporte o se entrena un determinado m\u00fasculo&nbsp;del cuerpo en el gimnasio para fortalecerlo. Para conseguir&nbsp;dicha atenci\u00f3n plena,&nbsp;hay que&nbsp;ser capaces de sincronizar lo que sucede a nuestro alrededor con lo que pasa dentro de uno mismo. Este acercamiento espec\u00edfico, el hecho de prestar atenci\u00f3n de forma consciente a la realidad, mejora el foco mental y el funcionamiento y rendimiento acad\u00e9mico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>3 minutos de respiraci\u00f3n amables <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tan quieto como una rana <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>El test del espagueti <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>La uva pasa <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>&#8211;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.psicoactiva.com\/blog\/relajacion-progresiva-de-jacobson\/\">T\u00e9cnica de Jacobson <\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\"><strong>La relajaci\u00f3n progresiva de Jacobson&nbsp;es un tipo de relajaci\u00f3n que se centra en la relajaci\u00f3n de la musculatura esquel\u00e9tico motora<\/strong>. Y se basa fundamentalmente en suprimir la tensi\u00f3n en diversas partes del cuerpo a trav\u00e9s de una serie de ejercicios en el sentido tensi\u00f3n \u2013 relajaci\u00f3n. Como objetivo tendremos el conseguir una tranquilidad a niveles mental y corporal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>&#8211;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.siquia.com\/blog\/guia-practica-relajacion\/\">Entrenamiento aut\u00f3geno de Schultz<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\">Esta t\u00e9cnica tiene su base en la<strong>&nbsp;concentraci\u00f3n en las sensaciones f\u00edsicas<\/strong>&nbsp;de la persona que la practica a trav\u00e9s de la relajaci\u00f3n profunda. Schultz determin\u00f3 que la mayor\u00eda de las personas son capaces de llegar a este estado profundo de relajaci\u00f3n simplemente con el poder de su imaginaci\u00f3n, en eso consiste el&nbsp;<strong>Entrenamiento Aut\u00f3geno<\/strong>. El entrenamiento aut\u00f3geno de Schultz consiste en&nbsp;<strong>seis ejercicios<\/strong>&nbsp;<strong>que se deben ir aprendiendo de forma progresiva<\/strong>. Estos ejercicios consisten en la<strong>&nbsp;concentraci\u00f3n pasiva<\/strong>&nbsp;en las sensaciones del propio cuerpo.
